Justin GravesTonight's #CampusChat will feature guest, Justin Graves, president of the Virginia Tech Hokie Ambassadors campus tour guide student association. CampusChat is hosted weekly by Smart CollegeVisit on Twitter and is designated by the hashtag: #CampusChat

Justin will help us kick off the new Campus Tour Guide Diaries feature on Smart College Visit by sharing his insight about what parents and students really want to know when they visit campus.

About Justin

Status:  Senior, graduating May 2012

Major:  Sociology

Minor(s):  Leadership & Social Change, Public & Urban Affairs, Business Leadership, and Political Science

Goal after graduation:  Hopefully gaining admittance to Virginia Tech's Graduate School. If not that, then hopefully finding employment here in Blacksburg in higher education.

Favorite quote:  This changes very often, and it can always be found on my e-mail signature. Right now it is "If you don't think big, then you can't make big change."

Person you'd most like to meet?  This also changes often, but I'd love to sit down and have a conversation with President Obama, to understand how he deals with the many stressors and challenges of balancing his life alongside being President of the wealthiest country in the world.

What do you like best about being a campus tour guide?  Having a daily opportunity to change people's lives.

What others say about Justin:  “Justin is widely known over the Virginia Tech campus as the guy who gives tours backward in his wheelchair. Students will stop on their way to class in amazement by watching him guide a tour group around campus.” –Linda Hazelwood, Virginia Tech Campus Visit Coodinator (quote from: more About Justin)
