After a fabulous experience last spring as a client of Virginia Tech's Real World Marketing Class, taught by Virginia Tech marketing instructor, Donna Wertalik, we have returned to work with Donna's students as a client in her Real World Advertising Class.
In this class, student-formed teams work together to establish themselves as branded advertising agencies. And, just like in the real world, they pitch their services to potential clients. Recently, we listened to pitches, evaluated the teams based on their presentations, style of communication, expertise, and knowledge.
Team assignments were made and we are very happy with the results! We look forward to the innovative insights and ideas these bright, eager students will bring to Smart College Visit. (Maybe along the way, we can even recruit future campus reps!)
