If social media is about the conversation, how well do you listen?
Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Blogs…the list of tools we can use to interact with colleges and universities is a long one. If you're a prospective student or parent, do you follow schools on Twitter to keep up with what's going on on campus? Do you use @reply or DM to converse with admissions reps? Or, are you overwhelmed by trying to keep up the deluge of information available?
What about college students and professors: Are you using Twitter to continue discussions related to class topics? How do you keep track of the related conversation so engagement can take place at a meaningful level?
How about a little edu for you?
